A fun and meatless snack

Serving : 5 people (8 balls per serving) Ingredients:1kg potatoes 250g cheddar cheese 1 liter sunflower oil 300g bread crumbs Mise-en-Place 1. Peel, boil, mash and season potatoes 2. Grate Cheese 3. Pour oil into a medium sized pot and preheat over a medium heat before preparing the balls 4. Pour bread crumbs on to an open plate Preparation: 1. Take a heaped table spoon of the mashed potatoes and flatten out onto your palm 2. Place half a teaspoon of the grated cheese in the center of the flattened mashed potatoes 3. Roll the potatoes into a ball, keeping the cheese in the center 4. Roll the balls over the bread crumbs till completely covered 5. Deep fry for 3-5 minutes till golden brown Served best as a snack
