Overall wellness means being mentally,spiritually and physically balanced. Physically making sure all chronic illnesses are taken care of and on the right combination of treatment, exercise, good sleep and a good diet. Mentally making sure we keep and eye on red flags like fatigue, burnout, symptoms of anxiety and depression, avoid any precipitants that might affect our brains negatively e.g drugs etc. Spiritually, spiritual higiene is so crucial. Constantly doing things, being around people and spaces that increases our vibration (nature, meditation, phahla, prayer, phalaza, steam). The biggest gift we could gift ourselves is working on our wounds and wanting to heal and stay healed.
